Our pets absolutely devour this food. However, a new design would have been more than enough. Why did they have to change to new bags without a seal?? I don’t use up the 10kg for our 7 pets within a week, it takes me about 3 weeks. Now I always seal the bag with duct tape, but with the last batch, they don’t want to eat it anymore, even though I resealed it—it’s bone dry and has no smell. Such a shame, why did they have to make it worse instead of better????

The paper tears open way too easily, and there’s no kind of closure at all... In my opinion, a 3 kg pack really should have some sort of closure, otherwise it just dries out.
