Brit Care Grain-Free Sterilised Urinary Health

I've bought the same dog food twice. The first time, they loved it, so I ordered it again, but now they hardly eat it. The first batch was darker and seemed softer or moister, and the second one was lighter and harder, almost dry. I don't get it.
