Bozita Grain Free Kitten - Chicken

I am feeding the wet food to adult cats and always with the good results so I thought I buy this for my kitten , he got very bad diarrhoea from it and so did one of the adults. Really shocked but had to stop immediately

I first bought a smaller pack 2 months ago and tested the product. The hearts were nice and normal brown, fresh. Now I bought a 10 kg bag. The date says it's good until 12/11/2027 BUT they are very powdery and dry, with no fresh smell either… this powdery texture happens when they get old, it feels like they've just changed the packaging on old products that have already expired… really disappointed and I don't dare give this food to my cats. I demand an answer and my money back as soon as possible.
