Wild Freedom - Filet Snacks

I've been ordering these fillets for a few years and my cat used to love them. In my last order, the quality got dramatically worse – strange, dark colour, unpleasant smell, and a yellowish broth... even the cat wouldn't touch it. I filed a complaint and it was accepted. I hope they'll sort it out with the manufacturer and go back to the previous recipe and quality...

Unfortunately, buying these treats is like playing Russian roulette. For a very long time, my two cats loved these fillets, but the last order was a disaster – hard as a rock, with a weird broth. Sometimes they would eat them if I added something extra, but the last few packs went straight in the bin. Such a shame, because a similar thing happened before (2 years ago) and I see the manufacturer is cutting corners again. I’d only recommend them for, ironically, those looking for a thrill.

My kitten has recently started refusing the Chicken Fillets. The nice fresh smell it used to have is gone, and the meat is quite stringy now. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it for future purchases!

When I look at the product, it doesn’t have the same texture and it doesn’t smell the same either. I think the recipe has changed and that’s why my cats won’t eat it. They sniff it and don’t eat. I’m really upset because it’s not the first time I’ve bought it and usually they eat it, and now I’m stuck with two lots of three packets of food that they refuse to eat.

I've been ordering this product regularly for my cats for a while now. Usually, they love it, but this time they just sniff it and won't eat. I really hope the product isn't contaminated or expired, or that the recipe hasn't changed, because normally they eat everything, and now they've gone from eating it all to nothing. Plus, I bought two sets of three packs, so I'm really upset.

We have 4 cats in the family... not a single one wants it... they sniff it, make a face, give me a reproachful look and won’t even take a bite. Big failure.

Sometimes the treat is good, other times the quality is so bad it’s only fit for the bin—it’s like a lottery with this producer or these producers. I have no idea what it depends on. I suggest buying just one pack to try first. And honestly, Zooplus could finally look into why this is happening and who’s messing up the market, instead of just acting surprised.

Chicken, 6 packs, is good for nothing. That was my last order. The quality dropped again, now it’s clear why there was a promotion. They’re just taking people for fools. The tuna is hard as a rock, you can’t even cut it, looks like some kind of plastic. I don’t recommend it.

Kotkom tastes good, but unfortunately the country of origin of the meat is China. I thought it was a good German brand, but here a piece of meat travels more of the world than I do. A disaster for the environment.

The fillets are very tough and dried out. It's hard to cut them with a knife, let alone for a cat to eat. After eating them, my cat got an upset stomach which ended with vomiting and diarrhoea. I do not recommend!
