High-quality packaging in the box, but the instruction manual was so tightly and firmly attached with a plastic tie that I couldn't open it with scissors without damaging it. The feathers were gone after 2 minutes, of course! Half of them already came off just by screwing it together. The plate is very heavy and not designed for rocking; it always gets stuck in the same position, even when I try to help. I've rarely seen my kittens have so little fun. And at this price! Keep your paws and fingers off!

The two balls are stuck and don’t move freely. I’ll be sending the toy back.
