We purchased the cat wheel in July 2023 and it was used daily by our stud boy who weighs about 4.5kg. He is very powerful and made the wheel turn extremely fast. The wheel has given good service until today, December 2024, when after hearing a thump, I found the wheel had sheared into 3 pieces. I found one of the 4 small aligning wheels has sheared off at some point, resulting in the wheel being able to run out of alignment, causing it to fall off the base, shearing at 3 joining sections

Absolute plastic rubbish and impossible to return. You can’t take the wheel apart without damaging it. Parts of the wheel snap together with plastic “hooks” that break if you try to take it apart again. This damages the product and support won’t accept a return. On top of that, the wheel is completely unstable, wobbles terribly and STINKS. I’ve had it in my living room for 3 days now and it still smells. And it’s LOUD. DO NOT BUY.
