Not recommended!!! It's dangerous for kittens. My kitten was playing and got his leg stuck in one of the holes. It could have ended really badly since he couldn't get free and I couldn't get his leg out. A stressed cat in pain. Threw the toy away afterwards. Cheap, but it should still be safe.
