No idea if it really works for his teeth, but he immediately started chewing on it. Nice toy and hopefully good for him too (he usually pulls the feathers off Metabo sticks within seconds, but this binding is wrapped tightly around the stick so I don't think he'll pull parts off easily).

Euphoric effect
Both my cats really like this toy, although their interest in it comes in waves. When they're in the mood, they enthusiastically chew on the hanging fruit, bite the ends of the stick and the bits of straw attached to it, roll around with it, and demand to be scratched on the face with the toy. Contrary to some of the experiences described here by other cat owners, my furballs don't destroy these toys—they just lose interest in them for a while at some point.
