Wonderful for weight loss!

It took a day or two for my 3 year old cat to figure it out but after that she started using it and obviously enjoyed doing so. The greedy tubby older cat learned how to use it from the younger cat. Previously she would demolish both bowls of food in record time, leaving only a little bit for the other cat. We tried different ways of feeding her as she had gained a lot of weight but none of them were successful until we tried this! She has to work for her food and can not gorge herself .

YES buy it (not just for kittens)

Bought 2nd for pensioner's Xmas gift, quite entertaining to watch & keeps kitty busy for a bit. 7 y.o. male Siamese type LOVES IT. He's very active & part hoover (VERY food motivated.) Sister pretty much the opposite, but she'll use it in between mealtimes on occasion (nice if she does get hungry she has access to a bit of dry.) I used sticks out the side & kept shortening them till they got the idea.

Our Ragdoll approves

He's been playing with it for over 2 weeks now and I think he likes it :D That being said, I'm not sure how the other Food Tree from Catit is different, cause on pictures it looks the same, and is half the price, so if I'd knew about the old version before I got this one, I'd go for the cheaper one :)

Hasn't tipped over (at least not when the cat's been at it)

There was a rubber mat included that I don’t use because someone in a review said it made it unstable? I think it works perfectly, but my cat isn’t very rough, so if you have a cat like that maybe it might tip over? The only time it’s been knocked over is when the dogs decided to steal his food...
