Amazing clumping litter
Another brand we were using started to drop in quality and while ordering our big messy boy some food, we decided to try this. Beyond my expectations, really good clumping, even when things are really really messy.

Great litter
This litter was what our vet advised when we were having trouble with one of our kitties not using the box. He is much happier since we changed to this. We are happier too; it’s much easier to scoop, we are using and throwing away much less so our bins are lighter too.

This product used to be my best litter. Great cmumong, no smell, little dust.
The smell I s really really bad now. It's tough when I clean it and it's not as good clumping as it used to be... It's like sand now. I change litter this is bad

Used to be better- formula change?
This used to be incredible for clumping and not tracking. I don't know what changed, but the last batch I bought at the end of January 2026 was different. The colour wasn't the same, it's dustier, and it does not clump the way it used to. Now the clumps break down and fall apart in a way they previously did not. One of the bags was also split during delivery. Either delivery was too rough, or the bag is not durable enough.

I really like this product but the 3 times I’ve ordered it the bag arrived split opened and spilled out on the ground when delivered. Hopefully they will make the bags stronger

I've tried several litters over the years and this one is my favorite. Clumps easily and it is easy to clean. No scents and no irritation for the cats.

Time to find a new product
Tigerino had an excellent product and they went and ruined it. The “new and improved” litter does not clump as well as the old one did. It also quickly develops a strong ammonia smell despite the litter box being cleaned every day twice a day. The smell was a non-issue with this product before the “improvement”. I have been buying this litter for probably a decade but this is a clear sign that it is time to find another go-to brand.

New bags ripping..
Both bags received had holes in them that I had to tape up after losing some of the litter. The bags feel different so potentially due to that change.

Went downhill
It used to be my favorite cat litter but the last delivery was horrific. Different clay/sand, no longer clumping, can't scoop. Now I have to look for something else.... Disappointed! Bring back the previous version!

it gets worse
It gets WORSE WITH EVERY DELIVERY. It doesn't harden, the pieces crumble, it doesn't absorb the smell, it has become very dark. I'm disappointed, this was my favorite sand. I really liked them because they are very subtle fractions, now I have to look for something else
Not as good as it once was.
Used to be really good, formed firm clumps. Now it looks like they changed the clay (it has changed color) and it's no longer clumping as well as it should. Sometimes the pellet breaks down entirely, and because the sand is quite thin, it just becomes "un-scoop-able". You end-up with loose, piss-wet sand, and that's not what we want in a clumping litter. I'll no longer buy from them.

Best clumping litter
After a long, expensive trial-and-error process with a very picky cat, we finally found the one. This is the only litter he’ll actually use that doesn't break the bank. If you have a cat who treats the litter box like a five-star resort, give this a try. 5/5 would recommend!

I like the litter. Very bad packaging
I reordered this litter because it clumped well and was similar to the stuff I bought in the States. The first bag was great! The second bag I got was the bigger size and the seem on the bottom side of the bag split during delivery… litter got everywhere as I tried to transfer it from the box to another bag. Such a waste and incredibly annoying. 3 stars because I’m generous and really liked the smaller bag.

Highly scented supposedly Sensitive litter
I recently received 4 x 6kg bags of Tigerino sensitive litter, which are all, in fact, highly scented.
This is the second time this has happened, and is a real issue for me, as I have severe asthma which is triggered by scent.
Worse litter ever
I've never tried such a bad product. Very hard to clean, after 4 days my cats didn't even want to use it as it was just a pile of blocks already. I still have half a bag that I prefer not to even use. Not recommended at all.

Tracks everywhere
The litter itself is very good but it gets absolutely everywhere. I've never used litter that tracks so bad. If you have a completely enclosed litter box it will work well

Scented sensitive litter
I had been happily using the Tigerino sensitive for a long time, until the last 3 bags of it I received. On opening, the litter was very definitely scented, which is a real problem for me, as it exacerbates my asthma.
I contacted Zooplus, and they refunded my money which was kind of them, but I really wanted an explanation I.e. was it some sort of error, or is all the sensitive going to be scented from now on

Litter is fine, delivery was terrible
The litter clumps up to a certain point, but if the pee is concentrated in one spot with little litter, it falls apart and turns into a sticky paste that sticks to their paws.

What happened to this sand?

Unacceptable drop in quality

Quality has become disastrous

Product itself is good, but the packaging really isn't....
I don't order from Zooplus anymore, but I also can't find this in any local shop nearby. Unfortunately, it only ever arrives torn these days—Zooplus sorts it out properly, but a ripped bag makes a mess. The last two times, there was a whole trail of gravel from the delivery van right up to my front door.
