The title says it all. The litter won't clump so when taking out urine it disintegrates back into wet litter instead of being removed

The quality has noticeably dropped lately, there's a lot of dust and the clumps break apart. For me, the worst part is the packaging, which often arrives broken at home due to its poor quality and the lack of care from the delivery people. I'm afraid I'm going to stop using it.
