The only problem is that the bags arrive completely damaged, sometimes even open. In the end, I prefer to buy in-store because it's disappointing to see how fragile the parcels are and how badly they're handled by the couriers. ZOO+ might not be to blame, but it would be good to reinforce the packaging when 28 kg of litter arrives completely open!

Disappointment
The scent turned out to be too strong for my cat. I also feel that the litter smells nice (to the human nose) mainly right after pouring out a fresh batch, but after the cat uses it, the smell becomes much more intense than with previous unscented litters. Another issue is that the clumped parts crumble when cleaning the litter tray. I won’t be going back to this litter.

It didn't work for us
The litter doesn’t stick to the poo at all, but way too much sticks to the pee for no reason, so it runs out really quickly. When I try to remove the pee, it completely falls apart. It’s really hard to keep things clean this way, and I have to change everything much more often because of it.

None of the ones from my last order clump together. I ordered 6 packs, but I can't wait for them to be finished and I won't be buying this again.
