I bought the pet door&hub as I read that you could control access for individual pets. It advertises that you can do this through the app- giving the example of having a sick pet that you need to keep indoors, whilst still allowing others to go out. This is not a feature! I can only lock/ unlock the pet door for all pets registered. My cats have not been using the door at all yet as they are wary of the noise+new design compared to their previous one.
