Cat Mate Microchip 360W Cat Flap

I have had it for an year and was great, then it stop working. I changed battery, reprogrammed it, did a reconfiguration of setting, all they said and it has never open for my cat again. Tested my cats chip and it is working perfectly.

The main title of the product listing is "Cat Mate Cat Flap with Timer Function" and the description explains the timer system, but the item being sold is only an accessory for adapting to the said cat flap, not the timer cat flap itself. I have to return the product because it doesn't match what I wanted. The listing is unclear and poorly written.

The product I received doesn’t match the description or the downloadable supplier manual. It’s just an adaptation kit with no timer function and no door. I’m sending it back.
