Doesn't work when a pet really needs to follow a strict diet

both the lifespan of the container and the batteries is completely wrong
I've had the feeder for 2 years now... They say with Duracell the batteries last 6 months, but honestly it's more like 3 months. And the feeder is supposed to last 6 years, but in reality it's more like 2 years because the motor has already broken down.
Also, it's really inconvenient for a Maine Coon to eat from it because the arch gets in the way a lot.
So if you're still considering buying it... DON'T do it if you have a large cat.

Not worth the money!
I have two cats, so I bought two of these feeders (with chip).
They work perfectly fine in that regard.
But the plastic/rubber bowls cause skin irritations and my cats won’t eat the food anymore.
Also, the lids never close completely.
Cleaning is incredibly time-consuming, especially with wet food, which really defeats the purpose of making things “easier”.
