Karlie White Cat Flap with 4-Way Closure

I'm disappointed. The delivery took a long time. Then I specified that I was looking for a door for a window screen and this one was suggested to me. The description didn't say anything, and from the photos it wasn't clear whether it was for a screen or not. From the description, I understood that it was 'incl. tunnel' – I thought it was for a screen, or possibly for doors as well. Now we're trying to decide whether to return it or cut off the tunnel.

Hard to close. It makes noise because you have to line up the flap perfectly, which attracts the cats when you want to lock them in. My cat locks himself in by playing with the buttons, so I had to seal them.
