The attached bell is a huge mistake. Cats have sensitive hearing, and constant ringing with every movement, right under their ears, causes them stress and frustration. If you're buying this collar, please, I beg you, take some scissors and CUT OFF the bell before putting it on your cat.

There’s something in it that makes my cats scratch all the time. I have 4 cats, they’ve been wearing them since yesterday, and this morning they all woke up bald around their necks from scratching because it bothers them so much. I think it’s terrible to trust our pets’ health like this, spend money on their wellbeing and safety, and then end up throwing the collars in the bin while the cats have been suffering since yesterday.
