The carrier didn't come with all the safety accessories. It's missing 4 screws and their respective safety nuts.

Honestly, for the price it’s not bad, but the worst thing is the packaging. When I opened the box, the carrier was just sitting there, uncovered and completely unprotected, simply disassembled and loose inside a box that’s bigger than the carrier itself. I don’t even want to imagine how much it got tossed around, and it’s a miracle it arrived in one piece. Zooplus, get your act together because we pay for delivery and we also expect some protection so the product arrives in perfect condition.
