I definitely do not recommend it. The camera very often doesn’t work, the feeder sometimes fails to dispense food at the scheduled time and only shows a message in the app for that feeding – “STATUS UNKNOWN”. Sometimes, when you manually dispense food from the app and select, for example, 2 portions, it freezes and keeps dispensing food endlessly until you cut off the power. For such a basic device, like a motor that just turns to drop food into a hole, this is unacceptable. The manufacturer also doesn’t reply to messages.

Do you want an automatic feeder that brings you nothing but trouble? Then by all means, buy this device. The app crashes constantly, the camera is useless nine times out of ten, and the thing keeps having one malfunction after another. A complete waste of money—I really should never have bought this!

This product works very poorly for us. I wouldn’t have given it even one star at all. It has to be turned off and on every day, otherwise it stops dispensing food and the cat doesn’t get fed. Even though it’s right next to the internet router, it still works very badly. We sent a complaint to zooplus but never got a reply. We do not recommend this automatic feeder.
