Good food but poor bowl
Really good machine, it dispenses on time and is easy to use. However, the bowl is shaped quite poorly with a rim that's too high, so the cat's whiskers get hit and it has trouble eating. The food collects at the bottom by the high rim. It's really disappointing that you can't buy alternative bowls for this model because of the way the food comes out. Overall satisfied.
