The feeder itself is actually a good concept, but unfortunately it keeps reverting to an old feeding schedule for months now. So my cat keeps getting meals he shouldn’t be getting. Customer service hasn’t responded despite several enquiries. I’ve tried all the ways to reset the settings already. If the feeder hadn’t been so expensive, I would have thrown it away.

This could have been a good device, but one of the rubber parts tore quickly, which makes the dispensing unpredictable because it bunches up and blocks the outlet. I asked for support, but the answer was that it's no longer under warranty and, in any case, there are no spare parts available. So, you buy a device for over 100 euros and less than 18 months later, you end up throwing it in the bin. There you go!
