This could have been a good device, but one of the rubber parts tore quickly, which makes the dispensing unpredictable because it bunches up and blocks the outlet. I asked for support, but the answer was that it's no longer under warranty and, in any case, there are no spare parts available. So, you buy a device for over 100 euros and less than 18 months later, you end up throwing it in the bin. There you go!

After two years it’s stopped being able to dispense, the food just gets stuck in the dispenser and it doesn’t spin anymore. Not reliable after two years of use.

Super device. Very nice and stylish. You can schedule feedings for the whole week, plus always add more if needed. Works great with the phone app. The cats come running at the sound of the kibble dropping. Highly recommend!
