Works nicely and the cat drinks from it just fine. But after only 3 months, the pump is already broken. I've heard this happens more often with this type, and it's true. I've had several drinking fountains before, and this is honestly the worst one when it comes to the pump.

Bought it a year ago and already on my third pump, even though I clean it regularly. And yes, getting the pump to line up with the outlet at the top of the dome is a real pain! This fountain is turning out to be pretty expensive in the end!

Pump already broken after two months

You almost have to overfill the drinking fountain for the pump to work properly. After just one month, the pump broke. The fountain itself looks nice, but the container should be deeper.

We bought the large fountain less than two months ago and, despite cleaning it every week (it’s crazy how much water gets wasted) and always keeping the water level above the arch, it stopped working today. Zooplus responded immediately and I have to say I’m really pleased with their customer service.

I bought the fountain in April this year, but unfortunately the pump is already broken. Really a shame.

Fountain bought on 29/01 and out of order by 28/03… Pump motor isn’t very durable…

Went for this fountain because it’s made of ceramic. It’s also silent when running. But that’s where the positives end – it’s heavy and difficult to clean, it’s hard to get the dome back on, and fur and gunk quickly end up in the water since everything is exposed. But the worst part is that both the main pump and the spare pump have stopped working, and it’s only been 5 months since I bought the fountain.
