After a "near-death experience" with the vacuum cleaner as a kitten (🤭), our now 12-year-old cat initially wouldn’t go anywhere near the drinking fountain. After all, there could be traumatic dangers lurking there too... But with a bit of time and patience, he now really enjoys using it, and "Brunni" is a proper replacement for the running tap. He doesn’t go to the tap anymore.

Defective product
My cat has kidney problems, so I decided to invest in a water fountain so he could have fresh, clean water (I should mention that, following the vet’s advice, he drinks Volvic, so water without limescale). After setting it up as instructed in the manual, it turns out the pump doesn’t work properly. The water regularly stops flowing, leaving my cat without any water at all... I’m very disappointed with this purchase and absolutely do not recommend it!!

Very good!
My kitten (4 months old) loves this fountain! He drinks from it often. It's completely silent and the light doesn't bother us at night. The only downside I’d mention is that when the water is running low—but not completely out—the light stays on as usual and the water flows as normal, but the pump starts making a slight noise. It took me half a day to realise the water was running low. The manual says the light should blink, but it didn’t. Otherwise, it’s absolutely great!

The cats have been really happy with it for 3 years now!
Bought it 3 years ago, was a bit sceptical because of some reviews... but never had any problems! Just need to refill and clean it now and then (also the turbine inside the pump, the little flap on the intake can be removed).

What I appreciate most is that it’s genuinely quiet—no vibrations, no humming, no buzzing, you can only hear a very gentle flow of water. Of course, like with all fountains, you need to change the water regularly (once a week), clean the container, and swap the filter every 3-4 weeks or so. Have had this for almost 2 years now

Drinking fountain stopped working after 2 months!
I bought this drinking fountain for my cats at the beginning of February 2026, and by mid-May 2026 it had already stopped working.
Unfortunately, the customer service was very disappointing. My complaint was not accepted; instead, I was told to take the pump apart myself and send technical photos. I think that's unreasonable. Under the warranty, I would have expected a more customer-friendly solution like a repair or replacement. One customer lost!!

Very quiet, but hard to clean
We’ve had the drinking fountain for quite a while now (about 3 years) and have generally been satisfied. It’s extremely quiet—you can barely hear it at all. The cats also like drinking from it: one drinks straight from the stream and the other from the “pool”.
