Catit PIXI White Drinking Fountain

The fountain, looked after properly. Stopped working 4 months after ordering. Contacted customer service, had to take the pump apart and all that, finally got a refund after loads of emails. I wouldn’t recommend it.

We got the drinking fountain for Christmas 2025 and the pump broke really quickly. We bought a new pump and that one didn’t even last two weeks. Really poor quality!!!! Such a shame, the cats like the fountain.

Unfortunately, the motor gave out after half a year.

Unfortunately, the pump breaks down often. I've already bought it new three times, and now it's broken again after a short time. I won't buy it again!
