For the price, it's okay but there are a lot of drawbacks. First, it's very easy for the animal to tip up the top part, (deliberately to get at food/for fun because cat do that sort of thing/because it's just too loose). Secondly, bigger food doesn't fall through the hole easily as there's no real slope, you need very, very small food. Thirdly, it's next to impossible to fill with water. At most you can get it 1/3 full. Using icecubes and topping off with water helps a little.

I was using this for my rabbits and sometimes it would just not refill so it was unreliable. I had to use the 'food dispensing side' instead and it is really hard to refill or to put back into the cage without getting water everywhere. It works this way but it is annoying, at least they can't knock it over I guess, and it does hold enough water for one day but I wish I had gotten one that refills at the top instead.

I bought the water dispenser for my rabbits, but it’s too unstable for them. They either drink the water really quickly or spill it, so it doesn’t last long and I end up refilling it just as often as their bowls. (I got it for when I’m away overnight and can’t change their water.) Maybe I’d recommend it for smaller and calmer animals. The top tank can be turned 180 degrees, so you can choose between a large opening for food or a narrower one for water. That’s great, it’s really handy being multifunctional, but apparently the food doesn’t come out very well.
