Doesn't hold it's shape, the sides don't stay upright. Quality not as good as expected. I can't imagine the cushion in the middle will hold up well when washed

Was an instant hit as others have stated and my big boy was obviously comfy as he didn't move once in BUT there is fluff everywhere, there are two holes in the sides, the pad and bed are pulled beyond recognition and it looks awful after minimal use. If your cats pads their bed this would not be suitable.

Pretty, but I thought it would be sturdier. The cushion is a bit floppy and maybe I picked the wrong size – it's too big for one cat, but since I have two who often sleep together, I thought it would work. Even so, the sides collapse...

Bought one of these baskets years ago. It's been an absolute favourite here. Now bought a second one so they both have a basket. Unfortunately, the quality of the new basket is much worse. Less sturdy and less filling. I hope the cats will still use it.
