Not for my cats
One of my cats has the lovely traits of being both picky and having a dodgy stomach, so we wanted to try this for him because he likes licking at his food. He did not like this. I think it would be too thick to moisten dry food but would be good to thin wet food for older cats.
No very strong smell but a noticeable "cat food" smell.
