Sadly my cat did not like this food from the word go

My senior cat doesn't like the pâté. It actually looks perfectly fine, so I think it's just a matter of taste. The texture is smooth but a bit hard to mash.

It goes down well. All the varieties are given in rotation :)

None of my 5 cats want it. (Scottish, and they're usually very greedy!) I won't be buying it again.

I've tried I don't know how many renal wet foods for Aria, who has become really fussy and turns her nose up at everything, but this time she dived right in—I’m so happy! I just hope it lasts!

I can't comment on the taste because I feed my cat with a syringe, so he has to eat whatever I give him anyway. But when it comes to the texture, it's a disaster for anyone who has to blend this food and draw it up into a syringe. I really struggled to get it in! On the plus side, it has a low fat content, so for example, it's OK for a cat with pancreatitis.

Unfortunately, neither my cat with kidney disease nor the other two wanted the food. It was left untouched. Tried on different days but no. I’ll have to throw away the last two cans.

This food saved the day. I’m delighted. Just because other cats don’t like it doesn’t mean the food is bad. All of them gobble up Whiskas, and everyone knows it’s rubbish. So whether a particular cat likes this food or not doesn’t really mean anything. Some products are for some, others for others. The vet said, “We’ll see if he’ll eat it.” Well, my furball is munching away. It works for us, and it’s great!

My cat Merlin used to literally snatch it out of the can at first. But for the past week, he’s been refusing it completely. Even if I mix it with something else, he picks out the good food and leaves this behind. The texture is rubbery, and sometimes there are really hard chunks in it. I’ve even found tubes in there, or hard white deposits. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend it anymore, though of course every cat is different.

Since our cat has kidney insufficiency, we had to change her diet. We started with Kattovit Renal but she didn’t like it at all, so now we’ve switched to Mjamjam. My cat loves this food. We mix it with warm water and sprinkle a bit of Kattovit Renal dry food on top so it smells stronger for her. Now she eats almost the whole can a day and we’re more than satisfied.

Super! The only food that's monoprotein and my cat eats it like there's no tomorrow! I spent ages looking for the right food and this one was spot on!
