MAC’s Cat Trays 16 x 100g - cat wet food

What's going on with the batches? From one order to another, the consistency/freshness is different. Maybe someone can clarify this for us..

The first time, I bought it at Zoo & Co in the shop. Back then, it was very pâté-like, all blended and had a very brownish/red colour. I thought it was pretty good. Now I ordered it from Zooplus and it looks completely different, lots of fatty bits. No idea if that's a good thing. My cat has digestive problems so I have to be careful. I'm a bit disappointed at how different the same product can be.
