At first, my 15-year-old Sally liked these pouches more than any other Renal ones, but after about three weeks she started getting diarrhoea from them, which kept getting worse. And she used to be more prone to constipation before. Maybe it’ll be necessary to alternate them with others, or swap them out completely.

For some time now, my cats seem to like it less, something has changed. Recently, the sachets have been sent loose in the box, I order a larger quantity and with every order one is missing.
