Gourmet Soup Royale 6 x 45g

I had the opportunity to test this product. My cat clearly really enjoys it. As soon as I give it to her, she gets excited and starts eating right away. She especially seems to like the taste, because most of the time she finishes her portion completely. Sometimes she leaves some of the meat pieces behind, but usually those disappear eventually too. What I personally like is that it’s a nice extra to give alongside her regular food. For me, it’s definitely a treat and not a replacement.

I got to try out this product and both our cats really liked it! Especially Solo, who doesn’t have any teeth anymore, enjoyed it. Miso isn’t a great tester because she eats anything. Solo liked the Chicken and Turkey the most—her bowl was empty in no time. The small pouches are handy and the three flavours are nice for a bit of variety. The only thing is, I didn’t always find it easy to get everything out of the pouch and sometimes had to use a spoon to help. I do think the price is a bit on the high side.

I had the chance to test this product and my somewhat picky cat likes all three flavours. In terms of portion size, it's more of a snack, and the ratio of liquid to chunks varies from pouch to pouch. I don't find the smell particularly pleasant, but the plate is quickly emptied, so that's a sign my cat really enjoys it. It also gives them some extra moisture, so it's definitely recommended for cats who don't drink much.

Our cat really loves Soup Royale and finishes it in no time. The first time was a bit tricky because I served it on a small plate, which made it hard to eat. Now I always use a bowl and that works perfectly. In fact, whenever our cat comes inside, he starts begging for another bowl. Definitely a good sign. What’s a bit difficult is getting everything out of the pouch. The soup comes out fine, but some of the meat pieces stay stuck inside. Getting them out can be a bit of a hassle.

My incredibly picky female cat generally likes the "soup" – I feel that sometimes it can be a bit tricky to get everything out of the pouch, so there’s always a bit of mess left on the edge at the end.
