Recently purchased Gurment sachets and cans are left untouched by the cats. The smell after opening is not appealing.

All the cans were damaged, and some even had to be thrown out because they had opened and gone bad. Our cat wouldn't even touch it! This has never happened to me before since I've been ordering cat food from here.

The picture on the product page and the description for Purina Gold Pâté Mix don’t match what was delivered! The description is in various foreign languages – no German labeling or list of ingredients! The little tubs don’t look like the original shown, and you can only guess what you’re actually feeding – not great if your cat has an intolerance! But that worry was sorted because my cat flat-out refused to eat the food! Would’ve been nice to have this info BEFORE ordering! And it smells really strong!

They’re really dry and hard, even when I mash them up a bit with a fork—my cats won’t touch them. I’ve tried mixing them with other, juicier tins and still they won’t eat them. I don’t know if they’re always like this, or if this box is in bad condition??
