Formula changed

This product was my cats’ favourite for years. Lately (the same thing happened with my last 3 orders), I’ve received products with a strange consistency, way too much jelly, and very little meat – about a third of the pouch at most. Plus, they had a weird, very strong smell. My cats wouldn’t eat them anymore. They used to go crazy for this product before. Please contact the manufacturer to find out what’s happening with this cat food!

Tragedy

My cats have been eating Felix for 3 years... But after this batch, they got such bad diarrhoea that they had to go to the vet... some rubbish.

A big change after years of ordering

After many years of ordering Felix, something has changed. The cats refuse to eat it, and the pouches end up in the bin. I hope the food goes back to normal soon. I'm sad that we have to look for a new food now.

Very disappointed this time

I often order from this site, but this time I received a lot of broken sachets and they smelled really bad. I'm really disappointed because I've always had a good experience before, but this time they seem like they've gone off. When you open the sachet, they're also quite hard and dry.

Felix

The food contains animal by-products, which basically means who knows what, it has grains that cats can't digest, and sugar – that says it all. Good luck spending your money on vet bills.

Purina Felix Ghiottonerie poor quality product

For a while now, my cats have been vomiting as soon as they eat this product—they feel unwell. Every now and then I’ve tried stopping, but whenever I buy it again, it’s the same story. Not recommended.

My tomcat leaves everything untouched

The food definitely isn't fresh anymore. Last time, he still ate it. I'm considering whether I should cancel my Zooplus subscription.

FELIX food smells awful, my cat won't eat it

This is a disaster. I've been buying Kitekat for years, but the batch I just got is a total scam. My cat sniffed it and walked away from the bowl, when for years he used to dive in and eat it with gusto. I smelled the sachet myself and it was absolutely disgusting. No wonder the cat doesn't want to eat it. The expiry date says 05-2028, so it's not out of date. Looks like we're either getting a fake product or the manufacturer has changed the recipe. 120 sachets in the bin, I feel completely ripped off :(

Deterioration

I've been ordering food for my cat from Zooplus for 8 years, but for about half a year now, I end up throwing away half the pouches from every box because my cat refuses to eat them. He comes over, sniffs them, and walks away. The texture also seems off, like there's something wrong with them. I don't know what's going on, but I'm really disappointed. It's the same with Gourmet food.

Weird texture, constantly cleaning up vomit

Our cat used to love these pouches, so we bought the biggest pack. Unfortunately, he’s been vomiting quite often after eating the pouches from this batch. They have a different texture compared to the ones from previous orders or even from the same brand bought at another shop. I regret this purchase.

They've raised the price too much

First it was €43.99, then they raised it to €54.99, and a week later it was almost €63. Sorry for my cats, but it's way too expensive, and on top of that the meat is tough. The price has gone up and the quality of the product has gone down.

Very expensive

From €54.99 to €58.99 is a €4 difference, it keeps getting more expensive, plus the meat is getting tougher every day and the pieces are so big that the cats don’t want them.
