After many years of ordering Felix, something has changed. The cats refuse to eat it, and the pouches end up in the bin. I hope the food goes back to normal soon. I'm sad that we have to look for a new food now.

Although both of mine love sauce, they won't eat this one. They sniff it and leave it.

If you do a bit of research, you'll find that Felix isn't good for your cat; Aldi's Cachet brand actually scores better in terms of nutritional value....

The food contains animal by-products, which basically means who knows what, it has grains that cats can't digest, and sugar – that says it all. Good luck spending your money on vet bills.

This is a disaster. I've been buying Kitekat for years, but the batch I just got is a total scam. My cat sniffed it and walked away from the bowl, when for years he used to dive in and eat it with gusto. I smelled the sachet myself and it was absolutely disgusting. No wonder the cat doesn't want to eat it. The expiry date says 05-2028, so it's not out of date. Looks like we're either getting a fake product or the manufacturer has changed the recipe. 120 sachets in the bin, I feel completely ripped off :(

I've been ordering food for my cat from Zooplus for 8 years, but for about half a year now, I end up throwing away half the sachets from each box because my cat won't eat them. He comes over, sniffs them, and walks away. The texture also seems off, like there's something wrong with them. I don't know what's going on, but I'm really disappointed. It's the same with Gourmet food.

First it was €43.99, then they raised it to €54.99, and a week later it was almost €63. Sorry for my cats, but it's way too expensive, and on top of that the meat is tough. The price has gone up and the quality of the product has gone down.

From €54.99 to €58.99 is a €4 difference, it keeps getting more expensive, plus the meat is getting tougher every day and the pieces are so big that the cats don’t want them.
