Could have been good.
Not easy to assemble, and the screw that was supposed to secure the house to the post was terrible and couldn’t be tightened enough, so the house wobbled. There wasn’t even a disposable screwdriver included, so you had to get a drill and search for bits that would fit.
The wood itself was fine and looked nice.
