Hello. As a regular customer of yours, unfortunately I have to write this. I am very disappointed with the quality of this bird food. The packaging contains a lot of dust, and the food itself seems damp and has an unpleasant, musty smell. It looks stale and is not suitable for feeding birds. I'm sorry, as I've been buying it for years.

Our garden birds completely ignore this feed and only eat the seeds we mixed in ourselves. From spring to summer in northern NRW, it's been an absolute flop. Really disappointing...

I can only agree with the negative reviews. The food just sits there, and if I didn’t mix it with mealworms, not a single bird would come to the birdhouse. I won’t be buying it again. It’s amazing that nothing changes despite all these reviews.

For the last two orders, I’m not satisfied with the product at all anymore. The seeds are full of dust and waste, and they’re quite crushed. I think if the next product is the same quality, I won’t be buying it again.
