Poor design
Design is poor as there is no structural rigidity to the roof section of the bag. If carrying the bag over your shoulder the roof pushes in giving the pet less space inside and makes them uncomfortable. Instead you end up carrying the bag by the two carrier handles so the pet is more comfortable
