Product description

Balanced dry food especially for senior or overweight dogs, with reduced energy content, high crude fiber content, with chicory root as a source of prebiotic inulin, with omega-3 & -6
Fitmin Dog for Life Light & Senior is a holistic dry food specially formulated to meet the special needs of older and overweight dogs. At an older age, the appetite of animals often increases, but they usually consume significantly less energy than before, as their metabolism also changes. In order to prevent the resulting unhealthy weight gain, a diet with a reduced energy content is of large importance. A high crude fiber content ensures a long-lasting sense of satiety with a reduced energy content. For this reason, the meal times are also ideal for reducing excess weight in younger dogs. Fresh poultry is a source of valuable proteins and is also extremely tasty and digestible. Added chicory root extract is a source of natural, prebiotic inulin. This can counteract the spread of pathological bacteria in the intestine and promote goodness. This can have a positive influence on a balanced intestinal flora. Other functional ingredients such as salmon oil, yucca and brewer's yeast as well as important vitamins and minerals round off this food and provide your four-legged friend with a balanced nutritional profile.
