Feeding guide

Feeding recommendation:
Vetoquinol Ipakitine is a nutritional supplement for dogs and cats.

Mix 1g per 5kg of bodyweight with food twice per day for the first 6 months. A level measuring spoon provides 1g of powder. It is recommended that you carry out a check every 6 months. This supplement can be used for life. Fresh water should always be available.

Very good product
My 16 year old collie was diagnosed with renal insufficiency in October 2023. She nearly died on me. Thankfully my vet prescribed human antidepressants to get her eating again, plus the Ipakitine powder. Now she is almost back to her original weight, and in addition to renal diet food she gets once a day specially cooked food with the powder added. Hopefully we still have a bit of time together. The powder is easy to use, I mix it in a bit of water and pour it over the cooked food. She eats it w
