PAWS & PATCH Psyllium husk powder is a supplement for dogs and cats.
Mix the psyllium husk powder into the feed daily. The powder can be administered over several weeks for up to six weeks or continuously. Continuous administration should be agreed with a vet.
Provide additional fresh drinking water.
The powder is not normally fed directly. Add soaked psyllium husk powder to the feed. Soak the psyllium husk powder in warm water for up to 20 minutes. The 1:20 rule applies to swelling, 1 g of psyllium husk powder at least 20 ml of water.
The product comes with a measuring spoon (ML), which corresponds to approximately 2 g.

When feeding for the first time, start with 50% of the daily dose.
The general feeding recommendations serve as guidelines. These may vary slightly depending on the age, breed, feeding or activity of the animal.
