There are nubs on the back of the finger brush that are ideal for massaging the gums. The brushes are also washable and reusable, making them a sustainable product that should be replaced approximately every 12 weeks.

Then clean the teeth by moving the silicone finger back and forth with gentle pressure. Rinse with clear water after use. Replace every 12 weeks if used daily.
