This is how it is measured:	Measure the distance from the tip to the base of the nose under the eyes		Measure at the widest part of the muzzle, which is normally under the eyes

Please note: The muzzle must be large enough to allow your dog to open its mouth and pant without any problems. The front end of the muzzle must be 1 cm away from the nose. The Baskerville muzzle is mouldable and can be optimally adapted to the shape of your dog's muzzle. To do this, place the muzzle in water at approx. 70-80°C for 4-5 minutes and then adjust the shape of the muzzle individually.

Note on familiarisation: Don't expect your dog to accept the muzzle straight away without any problems, but allow for a familiarisation phase of several weeks. At the beginning, the muzzle is only put on for a short while. The wearing time can be extended step by step. Do not overtax your dog, as this can lead to complete rejection.
