The ingredients of Terra Canis dog food:

Muscle meat: ensures that the body is supplied with high-quality proteins and omega-6 fatty acids. Muscle meat also includes heart meat as well as chicken, turkey and rabbit stomachs (stomach and heart are pure muscle and therefore do not count as offal). Within the meat ration, the proportion of muscle meat should always be the highest, Terra Canis menus consist mainly of muscle meat
Liver: As the liver is a detoxification organ, it should only be fed to dogs rarely and in small quantities. Terra Canis therefore only uses liver in small quantities in a few menus. However, it should not be avoided completely, as liver contains numerous vitamins and trace elements
Eggshells: Terra Canis replaces vital calcium from the bones of the prey animal with eggshells. Through before-and-after analyses, the calcium-phosphorus ratio of 1.3:1.0, which is important for dogs, could be established for each individual menu in a completely natural way
Dietary fiber in the form of vegetables, fruit & herbs: Fiber is important for digestion as it stimulates intestinal motor function and cleanses the intestines. Make sure there is a little variety, as all vegetables and fruit contain different vitamins, minerals, trace elements and phytamines (= secondary plant substances). Terra Canis menus contain more than 20 different types of vegetables, fruit and herbs
Cereals: Cereals are rarely ingested by wolves and only in small quantities via the gastrointestinal contents of their prey. Accordingly, neither the dog's teeth nor its digestive system are designed to digest large quantities of grain. As a minor food component, it should only be fed to dogs in small quantities. The Terra Canis menus contain only a small percentage of grain (max. 10%). The "cereals" used (e.g. millet, buckwheat, spelt, brown rice, amaranth) are mostly gluten-free and provide the dog with many important minerals, amino acids and vitamins
Seaweed: Seaweed provides dogs with all important minerals and trace elements (e.g. calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, sodium, selenium, iron, copper, manganese, zinc, iodine, etc.), all essential amino acids, polyunsaturated fatty acids and many important vitamins
Mineral earth: Mineral earth (= healing earth) is rich in all important minerals & trace elements (e.g. calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, sodium, selenium, iron, copper, manganese, zinc) and also provides all essential amino acids
Rapeseed oil: Rapeseed oil is perfect for a balanced, healthy diet with an optimal mix of linoleic acid and linolenic acid and provides natural vitamin A and important omega-3 fatty acids
Andean salt: Salt is an important part of a dog's diet, as the salty blood absorbed from prey provides the dog with numerous minerals, including chloride, which is important for the electrolyte balance. Terra Canis uses natural & untreated Andean salt, the "white gold" of the Incas
Rosehip powder: Rosehip powder supports the dog's own synthesis and provides the body with natural vitamin C
