The particularly sturdy and solid XXL crunchy house scratching post with ladder offers plenty of climbing and lying opportunities even for large and heavy cats! The practical climbing aid is covered with a robust natural sisal scratching rug and allows even smaller and older cats to climb the scratching post with ease. The thick sisal trunks invite your cat to sharpen its claws and stretch extensively. The size of the scratching post makes it particularly suitable for multi-cat households.

The XXL crunchy house scratching post with ladder also offers a very special highlight: the scratching post can be flexibly designed and adapted to its location thanks to two different set-up options. It can either be set up at an angle so that it fits perfectly into the corners of the room, or it can be transformed into a long play and climbing wall by simply swivelling it. This cat scratching post has a firm and secure stand with its heavy base plates, especially in the angled shape.

Would recommend

Ideal for larger cats. Had issues building when attaching the boxed house part. There's a slight design flaw in this. You'd screw one part into the scratching post and then the other end would screw into the under side of the box, but as you are screwing one end in, the other end comes loose. I wrestled with this part alone for over 30 minutes. Other than this it's perfect!

Instruction could be better

It is a large cat tree well designed with a lot to play. I would rate it 4.5 star because: 1. the fabric seems shedding quite badly when newly opened from box 2. Instruction could be better. Becareful the fittings and stept are both marked with arabic numbers so you have to be careful to tell which is which. If they could use different labelling for the parts/fittings/assembly steps it would make assembling much easier

our cats love it!

the cats are delighted with this cat tree. We've put it at the window in the spare room, so they can look out at the birds on the feeder, and they love it. It's got different levels, and the box bit is a good size, so they're very happy. it's been getting a lot of use, and we are thrilled with it. Do though look at the instructions better than I did, as I steamed ahead and started assembling it from the bottom up, and when i got to the top I realised I should have started from the top down!

Finally a cat tree big enough for my fluffballs!

We have 12 ragdoll cats and always struggled to find a sturdy, strong, balanced cat tree for large cats and we have always found good ones from zooplus in the large cat tree section, we have had many different ones over the years and this is definitely in the top two we've ever had. The fact it has two decent size bases to it and thick cat scratching posts makes the whole frame secure. It's a lovely colour, actually looks better in person than the photos online (usually the other way round). Instructions are never the clearest especially if you don't put up cat trees often. But with this one you have to just follow the numbers on the sheet, start from the den downwards. Definitely would recommend!

Perfect Cat Tree.

Bought this for my 2 Cats: my male Cat is very large and always struggles to fit in standard sized Cat trees so I was looking for a large tree. This one is perfect, I am so pleased I found it. The quality is excellent and the Cats love it, however be sure to measure correctly before you order as it is HUGE! This is the perfect tree for multiple Cat households or large breeds such as Maine Coons. Very easy to assemble and looks great once built. Can also be built in two different shapes to fit in corners or against flat walls. I have 2 very happy, spoilt Cats!

TRASH

This thing is TRASH it came but the wood was somehow cracked in half....... the strings were all lose and it was all just falling apart.......

Looks lovely but....

For the price I expected it to be in perfect condition. I received it with one of the mice string torn off and the 2 holes to screw the small ladder are too wide apart, strange considering the price. It still looks great and can handle my 5 Maine Coon, Norwegian Forest and Persians.

generally a good tree, but...

My larger cats find it difficult to get into the den as it opens to the front. Same with top bed , it is difficult to reach. If the bed in front of the den is occupied a cat inside the den cannot come out. Had the platforms been more spacious and the den easier accessible for larger cats to move around more easily, this tree would have been perfect. So far my big cats won't use it.
