Cats' teeth, jaws and short digestive tract are optimally designed to process proteins from meat and fish. In addition to vitamins and minerals, proteins also contain the amino acids that are essential for cats. Fruit and vegetables serve as an additional source of fibre and vitamins. The recipe has a specially-adapted energy content that is tailored to the needs of sterilised cats.
