Purizon Original Lamb with Fish - Grain-Free is a natural, high-quality dry food that is specially tailored to the nutritional requirements of carnivorous cats. A cat's teeth, jaws and short digestive tract are optimally designed to process proteins from meat and fish. That's why Purizon contains a high protein content with at least 65% meat - savoury and particularly tasty lamb with fish - and provides essential amino acids, vitamins and minerals to support general health. Fruit and vegetables are added as natural sources of fibre and nutrients. 100% grain-free and extremely tasty, Purizon offers a natural, balanced diet.

Our recipes have been carefully revised by vets and nutritionists to reflect the latest scientific findings - for consistently high quality, optimum nutrition and the familiar flavour your pet knows and loves. Every cat is different. These figures are therefore approximate values. Your cat's daily nutritional requirements can vary according to age, breed and activity level. Fussy Oriental loves this!

Really delighted by how much my tricky cat loves the lamb and fish option. The only problem now is that he likes it too much and Screams at me when I go near the cat cupboard . It's very rich, so would suggest go ing slowly with introducing it Size is perfect for my breed of cat. Very pleased I bought a trial bag

Unpleasant change

Within last 2 months purizon lamb & fish has changed from the most favourite food of my cat to inedible crap. The smell has change, the consistency is different. Strong disapproval for doing such a changes without informing the customers.

Poor

I bought 4 different types of Purizon dry food to taste for my cat, and this one she refused to touch. The pieces are also incredibly tiny.

Fantastic cat nibble

Five cats from shpinx to British Shorthair to exotic and moggies all are so happy with this food great digestion no bloating purrfect for our cat family would very highly recommend. Won't use anything else.

My cats have noticed a change

I have a multi-cat household and previously Purizon was the one food that all of my cats would eat and really enjoy. I have noticed on the last two orders that the size of the kibble has decreased and with it the cats enjoyment of it. Now two of my cats will no longer eat it and the others eat it eventually rather than immediately as they did before.

Bengal delight

Thanks to another review on your site by a Bengal owner, I decided to try these with my 2 Bengal cats. I’m pleased to say they love them! And I have tried lots of other kibbles without much success.

Great Quality Dry Food

My cats love this. They get fed cheapish wet food, as that contains a lot of liquid/gravy, but I wanted a good quality dry food to balance out their diet. This has a high protein content and no grains. And as one of my cats is on a urinary diet, the high percentage of DL-Methionine is an added bonus, as the levels are on a par with special urinary dry foods. It gets carefully weighed out though, or their faces wouldn't leave their bowls.

Good for them and they prefer it

two out of two cats in this household prefer this. With wet food they seem to prefer cheap grain/fillers/ food - "cat MacDonalds" - so it's great to find a good quality dry food at a reasonable price that the love enough to try and climb in the cupboard at tea time. Highly recommended.

Great food shame about the packaging

This is a great food!! Great ingredients, so far so good with my fussy cat that has a delicate tummy. But the packaging is terrible. As soon as you pick the bag up from the top it gaps open, and i can never get it to shut fully its a really bad design. I like it to stay fresh, so this concerns me. Otherwise this is a fab product

Works well for sensitive digestion. HATE the minimum order of £19

My rescued Siberian forest cat has had diarrhoea since I got her, 9 months ago, and I have tried various prescription diet biscuits.The vet thinks ibs. I got Purizon on the recommendation of a cat groomer. Olga absolutely loves the fish flavoured biscuits, and she no longer has diarrhoea! I am extremely pleased. What I DON’T like is the minimum order of £19 for Zooplus. It does put me off ordering things. Please take note, Zooplus!

Great cat food

Since Hills Natures Best has stopped being made, I was trying to find a cat food my two Bengals would eat. I had tried all different types bought from Zooplus without success. I decided to try Purizon chicken and fish. Yaay finally found something they liked. Their health has improved and their coats are more glossy than ever. If you have a fussy cat try this.

Very happy cat

My cat adores these biscuits - he will not touch most other cat biscuits & he wolfs these down (he also is fed wet food). Also my cat usually wont go near anything lamb based and he will also eat the lamb biscuits which says a lot! The constituents vs value is most excellent.

Fussy, fat and needs grain free!

My fat ex feral (now sooooo picky!) loves this and it seems to agree with his tum although he is very private in the bathroom department! All three cats love it and as it's not so fattening I am happy to indulge them a bit more willingly when they have had the "rations"! Kibbles are just the right size too.

Paw lickin' good

When my cats have a good whisker wash after food they have enjoyed their meal, and this gets the paws up and a definite must for those enjoying dry kibble

My 🐈🐈 love it

Great product, my cat's love it. And my vet is happy that they putting some weight on. Both of them always are extremely fuzzy eater, so I am happy that I found a good food what they like. With 70% meat it's a fantastic dry food!! Thanks zooplus!!

fantastic

I have a mixed bunch of 6 cats and have tried almost every dried food on the market including the chicken version of Purizon, always 1 or 2 will have terrible poo but finally i have all 6 cats in perfect health with this one and they ALL love it.

Sorry, our cats aren't impressed..

Our Burmese appreciate their previous cat food now :( I suppose the over-powering smell of herring is too much for them. Wish I would have bought three-flavours instead.

Needs to be in a resealable bag

Although my cats really seem to like this I have only given it stars 4 stars as I think it really should be in a resealable bag to keep it fresh. I have a large plastic box and can only get half of the large bag in. I would buy two smaller bags, but obviously this works out more expensive.

Simply the best dry food!

I have tried my 4 on all the top dry food brands (Orijen, Acana, Applaws etc) & they haven't been a hit all round. I was skeptical about Purizon as the ingredients are similar to some listed above but I was VERY wrong-all flavours are loved by all. The protein (and also potato) content is quite high but I will accept this for a quality brand they all love - I can finally move away from the dreaded Royal Canin!! Thanks Purizon - you have signed me up as a regular customer. Very happy indeed.
