The recipe features an adjusted magnesium and phosphorus content. In addition, DL-methionine and ammonium chloride help lower the urine pH, thereby aiding in the dissolution of existing struvite stones and preventing their reformation.
Balanced formula with moderate energy content
The moderate energy content supports weight management, particularly in overweight cats. Salmon oil provides omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids for skin and coat, while the adjusted mineral balance can contribute to urinary tract health.
