The beautiful cat dangler is made in USA and has two feather tassel attachments. The dangler rustles and rattles when you move it and will immediately catch your cat's attention. The feather tassels are attached to two long bands on the bendy end of the rod. These long bands mean that the toy has a wide radius and your cat will have to work really hard to catch the flying feather tassels.
