Feliway® Help!

Parties, visits, renovation work – many things that are part of everyday life for us humans can put cats into a real state of emergency. If your cat feels stressed, this can lead to unwanted behaviour such as urine marking or scratching. With Feliway® Help! you have a product that can help your cat regain calmness and serenity.

This is a plug-in diffuser, fitted with a cartridge that releases pheromones into the room air immediately after being plugged in. These messenger substances, which are imperceptible to humans, give cats a feeling of safety and security. Feliway® Help! is ideal for short periods of stress and can also be used preventively. One cartridge lasts for approx. seven days.

Directions for use:

1. Open the packaging of a Feliway Help! pheromone cartridge.
2. Pull the tab on the cartridge to remove the aluminium protective foil.
3. Insert the cartridge into the diffuser. Press it in firmly until you hear a “click”.
4. Place Feliway Help! into a socket in your cat’s favourite room. When correctly positioned, the diffuser will point slightly to the side.

Note: It is recommended to plug in the diffuser 2 days before the potentially stressful event occurs. 
Note: Do not use with extension leads, adapters or voltage converters.
Note: Cartridges must only be used with the Feliway® Help! diffuser.

Please note:

• If your cat shows changes in behaviour or symptoms of stress, you should always consult your veterinarian first to rule out any possible organic illnesses that may require treatment.
• Always read the label and product information before use.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Do not spray into eyes, onto mucous membranes or onto open wounds. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water and consult a doctor.
• If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately and show the packaging or label.
